When needed, I use EMDR to help clients release trauma, fears, & stored pain from adverse experiences. I work with individuals on shame, spiritual/ethical struggles, loss & other life transitions. I am knowledgeable about ACA and 12-step recovery. I work well w/ GLBTQ+ clients. I encourage clients to learn & grow, and find clarity about goals & priorities.
