Welcome to taking your first step with the healing journey. I am here to help create a calm, supportive, and caring environment for you as you begin your mental health journey. I use a combination of techniques and skills from different types of theories and I am a big believer in meeting individuals where they are at, engaging in a collaborative therapeutic environment. Using different types of skills & techniques allow us to meet you where you're at to determine what the best treatment plan is for you including, but not limited to, healthy coping skills, stress management, & increasing self-esteem & self-worth.

I received my Master's in School Counseling and Ed.S. in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2019 and have experience working in different outpatient settings. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and have special training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
