Clients I've worked with often show tremendous creativity in coping with overwhelming life experiences, but often these creative coping mechanisms play a role in their continued suffering. I help people understand & modify outdated methods of coping so that life can become fulfilling and meaningful instead of a painful struggle. I specialize in helping individuals and couples work through symptoms of trauma and overwhelming relational experiences. I have training and experience with several modalities including CBT, EFT, ART, DBT, Person Centered Therapy, and Parts Work. Together we will understand what's going on, create a treatment plan, and work together towards your goals.

I'm an out-of-network provider, and not affiliated with any insurance companies. Upon request, I'll provide a "Super Bill" (itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Individual sessions are 55-60 minutes ($170) and couple's sessions are 85-90 minutes ($255).
