I approach therapy as if I'm walking side-by-side with my clients, allowing them to make positive changes using their individual strengths and abilities. I started an Austin-based private practice 14 years ago, and prior to that I worked with teens in a school setting. I have also worked and volunteered at domestic abuse recovery centers for women. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am certified in mental health and nutrition. I utilize multiple approaches to customize treatment for each client. I currently specialize in online therapy and see clients over age 18.
I have training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mental health nutrition. I use these techniques to help clients experience positive changes as quickly as possible. These techniques are effective in addressing symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and adjustment disorders.
