About
I work with clients to explore the nuances of what it means to be human and live a deeply fulfilling life. Many of my clients are innovative survivors of oppression, abuse, and harm, while others are coping with stress, anxiety, or climate grief and building resilience in the face of uncertainty. I honor my clients' creative strategies for coping with our challenging world and emphasize their many strengths during therapy. I work with clients to explore their identities, process their experiences and emotions, and carve out pockets of joy in their lives.
I strive to tailor therapy sessions to the unique needs of my clients, and my work is deeply rooted in equity and inclusion. I have training in trauma therapy, psychoanalysis, sex therapy, depression, anxiety, and suicidality. I specialize in working with adolescents, couples and folks in expansive relationships, and folks in my LGBTQIA+ community.
I am so looking forward to our work together and to the opportunity to provide a space where you feel deeply heard, seen, and understood. My goal is to journey alongside you, sit with you in the difficult moments, and remind you of your brilliance and resilience on those days you may be struggling to see it.
