Loneliness: is felt more poignantly during the Holiday Season.
No matter the reason, if it is connected to the loss of a loved one, a job, or significant relationship, health, the Holiday Season can be very difficult. One can feel excruciatingly lonely in a crowd, in a marriage and with oneself.
Loneliness also occurs from feeling misunderstood not fitting in with family.An ache of not belonging, If there is a reprieve, we may not feel freedom, but fear of it returning.
