I'm trained in Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help symptoms of borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I completed advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to treat symptoms trauma. I am trained in evidence-based methods of parenting that help children with autism improve long-term level of functioning.
I have a passion to help you make real improvements in your life! I'm able to offer hope and solid advice through my personal experiences as well as through my professional training.
