I offer compassionate, collaborative, results-oriented therapy and training for individuals and families who would like to improve the quality of life for themselves and/or their children. I use a warm and nonjudgmental approach to help you feel safe and comfortable. I want you to leave each session feeling hopeful, insightful, and empowered.
I am trained in Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help symptoms of borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I completed advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to treat symptoms trauma. I am trained in evidence-based methods of parenting that help children with autism improve long-term level of functioning.
I have a passion to help you make real improvements in your life! I'm able to offer hope and practical advice through my personal experiences as well as through my professional training. Sessions are telehealth only. I am in-network with many insurance carriers. Accepting new clients in Texas!
