Welcome! My name is Laura Auldridge. If you are looking for a counselor that is down to earth while still being knowledgeable and experienced then I am your girl! I have over 15 years in the mental health field and know it can be scary finding and starting counseling with a new counselor. I get that, and am able to help you feel comfortable and confident that you have made the right choice. I have a bachelors degree in counseling from Kansas State University and a masters degree in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. I specialize in working with children, teen and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, substance abuse and trauma. I also can offer counseling from a Christian perspective as well if that is something that is important to you.
