I am passionate about collaborating with clients on therapeutic goals such as coping with trauma and anxiety, addressing relationship challenges, life stressors, and difficult transitions, and pursuing greater self-compassion and self-acceptance.
I have received training in EMDR, in Emotionally Focused Therapy for both Individuals and Couples, and in a holistic and multi-modality approach to Traumatic Stress Studies. I also employ techniques from a variety of other therapies to meet individual needs, and my overall approach is strengths-based, inclusive, and trauma-informed.
Starting with our first session, we will work together to build a therapeutic relationship of comfort and emotional safety.
