Currently not accepting new clients, however, I will be reopening my practice in January. I feel fortunate to have worked with people of all backgrounds and struggles and can confidently say I specialize within treating trauma, OCD/anxiety disorders, women's issues, as well as all things related to postpartum.
I hold advanced training in EMDR, OCD/anxiety, perinatal mental health, and mindfulness. I am constantly looking at new trainings and ways to evolve my practice by attending seminars and consultations. On top of this, I am also undergoing my yoga training certification to be able to offer body based movement.
