As a psychotherapist my job is to help you learn about your psyche, symbolism, your brain and nervous systems, and ways we heal our mental health. I promote a holistic and dynamic framework for therapy. I use neuroscience, philosophy, and effective evidence-based tools to support your mental health and build bridges toward balance and integration. I use existential humor, and symbolic/creative interventions in my practice to help enhance the therapeutic experience. I specialize in treating coming of age issues (age 15+), identity crises, addictions/eating disorders, & major life transitions. I also work with individuals going through divorce, abortion, narcissistic abuse/DV, parenting, pregnancy, and postpartum/perinatal depression. I will help address sensitive concerns that are existentially difficult to navigate.
