Are you feeling the debilitating strain on relationships, employment, mental, and physical health? This past year many people may have felt similar challenges. Please know you are not alone! My virtual hours are Monday - Thursday 12pm-8pm.
My primary concern is the holistic safety of all of my clients. In session I give my clients a safe place to express their feelings and concerns without judgement. My approach utilizes CBT, Attachment and Internal Family Systems. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them process new information or past beliefs from a healing perspective.
Calling and asking for help for the first time is scary for everyone. There is often a belief you should be stronger and are weak asking for help. However, it’s not possible to gauge your struggle by comparing yourself with others. Having someone to help process your unique concerns and fears with can be helpful. I am here to walk with you on your journey.
