As your therapist, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood and safely held in your pain. I enjoy supporting couples preparing for marriage or navigating relationship challenges. I also connect well with young adults, and mothers managing stress. My background as a ballet dancer helps me address issues of perfectionism, self-worth, and anxiety.
