Attachment disruptions and childhood trauma can impact people throughout their lives and processing historical sources of symptoms or behaviors while learning and developing positive ways to cope can assist people with working through their trauma and symptoms in order to develop a positive sense of self and live the life they desire.
I integrate narrative, play, art and other techniques to assist individuals with working through difficult times in their lives, finding meaning and developing positive relationships with themselves and those around them. I believe each person is the author of their story and walk with you as you journey on discovering the joy in a life uniquely yours.
