I have worked for over 17 years in Chicago as a clinical social worker in community and private practice settings, and in various artist communities in Chicagoland. Through therapy you can develop more awareness of your feelings and relational patterns and making meaningful life choices. Together we will get in touch with your creativity and personal expression, set boundaries, and feel more present. Let's discuss what you are struggling with and find new ways forward.

My specialized training includes trauma work, anxiety and depression, co-dependency, life transitions, and couple's counseling. I also work with Chicago artists - supporting artists, writers, and musicians. My practice is identity affirming and culturally sensitive. My work is rooted in science and dedicated to staying current in best therapy practices.

We will discuss recurring patterns, find words/expressions for feelings, identify your hopes, fears, beliefs, values, etc. It is important that we find new information that will inform how we treat the problem.
