I have a passion for listening and self-healing. I have a special interest in working with people who have anxiety, depression and have experienced trauma. I have education, training and experience with treating Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Addiction.
I have acquired specialized training in EMDR. EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach most often used to help treat Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It is also used to help easy anxiety, panic attacks, depression and addiction. I am also receiving training in Somatic Experience which helps heal trauma by connecting the mind and body.
