I also strongly believe in the experiential and relational aspects of therapy where we work collaboratively to understand how our therapeutic relationship informs the work and what it can tell us about you.
I am trained in Psychodynamic and Relational models of therapy. I have experience working with a diverse array of clients in every sense of the word: from different identities, life circumstances, and mental health struggles. I very much value this experience and consider it a privilege to do this work.
