Children's Group/Counseling/Clinical Supervision- I have 20+ years experience working with adults, children, adolescents and parents who present with a myriad of disorders. I provide individual/group outpatient psychotherapy services in the Tidewater area. A therapeutic play group for children has been developed and is slated to begin soon. One of several specialties include anger management therapy for those who are court ordered and/or wish to learn ways to manage their anger. I am accepting new clients. I am an experienced and approved clinical supervisor seeking to add residents in counseling to my caseload as well.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages. My expertise includes therapeutic treatment for numerous mental health diagnoses including Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety including Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. I am also certified in trauma informed care.
