Hello! I look forward to meeting you. I am passionate about helping clients explore and clarify their purpose, strengthen enriching social ties, and establish pathways to peace in their lives. My experience thus far has been in the context of the struggles faced by active duty military and their families over the past 20 years of continuous deployment rotations. I've helped clients overcome traumatic circumstances, major life transitions, sleep problems, depression, anxiety, and more. I believe in incorporating organizational advocacy as needed if/when the client also sees potential benefit.
I am a veteran, and offer 16+ years experience applying evidenced-based therapies, primarily with adults, military, and first responders and their families. Additionally, my experience includes assessment of occupational fitness and incorporation of occupational improvement goals with treatment planning.
I’m dedicated to helping my clients navigate life's complexities collaboratively. Together, let us explore effective strategies for your best healing and resilience.
