I serve WA, FL & USA Expats in Europe by Telehealth. I help individuals increase emotional regulation & processing. Teach skills to minimize suffering that exist in their lives & assist in deconstructing their problematic personal narrative. For couples, renewed sense of closeness, intimacy, communication or restore trust.
I'm able to offer weekday & weekend appointments. Learning emotional regulation, introspection and mindful based thinking are essential for mental health. I have worked in private settings, teen residential settings and military health clinics in the USA, Europe and Asia.
