I specialize in helping women heal from narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships. These toxic relationships lead to self doubt, negative self talk and a lost sense of self. Isn't it time to find confidence, heal from the past and learn to love yourself so that you can have healthy relationships? Therapy can help you find ways to find relief so that you can be more in control of your life. My passion is helping my clients truly believe they are good enough and deserve more! Is it possible. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
I work with women's issues and codependency, as well as trauma and PTSD. Even if you have been out of the relationship, the impact can be long lasting. We'll get to the root of the problem so you can feel better using powerful techniques including; EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting (BSP), art therapy and more. www.forwardemotion.com

I Grew Strong: Survivors of Toxic Relationships
I Grew Strong is an online coaching and educational program created specifically for survivors of a toxic, manipulative relationship with someone that may have been a narcissist. I Grew Strong focuses on changing negative self talk, learning to trust others again, knowing the red flags, having the power to say NO and RUN when you need to run, setting boundaries, NOT doubting yourself all the time, NOT questioning other people's motives (unless they are needing to be questioned), breaking down the walls (while still feeling strong and safe), and opening yourself up to finding real love and joy!
