I work with adults who look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, new or expecting parents, or individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions.
My approach is warm, practical, and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, while tailoring treatment to each person’s needs. I began my clinical career in residential eating disorder treatment and crisis case management, experiences that continue to shape my grounded, compassionate style.
In addition to psychotherapy, I offer executive coaching for professionals seeking greater clarity, balance, and resilience. Across all of my work, I focus on strengthening self-worth as the foundation for lasting change, helping clients build a more supportive relationship with themselves — at work, at home, and in their relationships.
