Life is challenging! Reaching out for help is the first step to co-creating a healing journey. Rooted Liberation Therapy, LLC is ready for you! You can expect the incorporation of ancestral wisdom/medicine, somatics, & culturally expansive methods of care that help to liberate you, your community, and the collective. I use decolonial & liberation psychology approaches to address the whole person. I work with teens to adults 65, families, & couples, from various ethnic backgrounds. I work with people experiencing distressing moods, extreme states, disassociation, interpersonal conflict, survivors of abuse, racism, & oppression.

I offer trauma-informed, social justice-guided, community-oriented approaches for individuals, couples, families, and groups. I practice EMDR Therapy, Somatic Processing, and Internal Family Systems in addition to standard CBT and TF-CBT approaches. I also specialize in T2SLGBQ & BIPOC challenges.
