Many of us go through life thinking we have to handle things on our own; however, this maladaptive thinking has led to greater depression, anxiety, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I offer a safe space for healing and working towards a better quality of life.
I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT) which mean I am uniquely qualified to help teens. I specialize in helping you to learn healthy coping skills, emotional expression and regulation, boundaries, and communication in order to heal and move past traumatic experiences.
