I promote empowerment through cognitive-behavioral concepts meant to reduce depression and anxiety. I help people to develop the skills and wisdom to set proper boundaries, to heal and be whole.
I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals as they walk through all stages of life. I have specialized experience in processing traumatic experiences; using strength-based, solution-focused counseling, motivational interviewing, career and education planning, and life coaching.
