About
Hello, my name is Dr. LaTrice Fowler and I am so encouraged that you are taking the first step to mental wellness. I specialize in a variety of issues such as anger, depression, suicide ideation, and overcoming addiction. A number of my clients are victims of sex trafficking, domestic violence, newly adjusting to their HIV status, LGBT and gender identity. I have been proudly serving my country on active duty as a CDR in the Navy and the United States Public Health Service Corps since 2002. Because of my intimate knowledge and workings of the military, I also treat veterans and service members who struggle with PTSD.
If you're experiencing challenges and situations that may appear to hinder your emotional and mental well-being, my job will be to help you recognize your strengths and overcome those fears and anxieties that may have paralyzed your life. There is power in the ability to speak over barriers and break them down.
I hold a Doctorate degree in Psychology from Capella University. Additionally, I have a Master’s of Science degree in Addiction Studies from Capella University, a Master’s of Public Health degree from American Military University and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from Hampton University.
