Hi, I'm Latrice Bradley a licensed clinician in California. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma using some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but mostly EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) techniques to help my clients to have a better quality of life. I work with adult clients who may be struggling with various forms of trauma, depression, anxiety, stress/life transition concerns, matters of race relations, those with criminal justice interaction, challenges with parenting, and relationship issues.
In the course of treatment, I work with my clients to help them navigate these obstacles, heal, and build skills to feel better about their life, have healthier relationships, and overall develop more positive interactions with the larger world.
My approach to goal setting is essentially based on meeting my clients where they are. I focus on what's important to my clients and what they would like to get out of therapy. Then we'll establish realistic goals and objectives that highlight what they want to achieve from this process. From time to time, we'll check in to monitor the progress.
