My ideal client is a young adult struggling through life transitions and mental health challenges. This person is open and willing to engage in therapy as well as open to clinical feedback. They may be going through various challenges but are eager to build a trusting relationship with me in order to work together to address their treatment goals.
I like to always start with establishing a trusting relationship with the client and creating a safe space for us to address their challenges. Throughout treatment, I will use a variety of interventions and modalities in order to provide the most appropriate treatment that is tailored to the client.
