Hello and welcome! ’m LaToya R. Walker, MSW, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist and counselor and owner of Talking Helps Psychotherapy LLC. I provide individual therapy and counseling using a solution-focused, trauma-informed approach for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and PTSD. I offer online therapy (telehealth) services for children, adolescents, and adults in New Jersey and Florida. I provide LGBTQIA-affirming care and offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations and letters when clinically appropriate.
My mission is to help you gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting growth through therapy. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and treatment goals, with a focused commitment to identifying and addressing the concerns that bring you to therapy.
