I take pride in using a person-centered approach to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for couples, adults, and children to process life circumstances confidentiality in therapy.
In addition to using traditional counseling, art therapy or a combination of the two, I combine cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, and family systems to help foster an environment for self-reflection, healing, growth, overall wellness, and goal attainment.
