Hello there! My name is Latoya.
Do you ever feel stuck? Have you ever felt bruised, broken, and felt like giving up? These feelings often tie back to some anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. If this is you then I am the right person to come and see. I am open to helping anyone, but see a lot of patients that have issues with the aforementioned three issues. I utilize a person- centered approach and use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution- focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
I love watching client's achieve their goals for therapy, like helping people, and watching the relief it often brings them emotionally, mentally and physically- to be able to get some things off their chest that they may have been carrying for a number of years
