I use an eclectic mix of traditional evidence-based therapeutic modalities, CBT, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, transpersonal psychotherapy, existential psychotherapy, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. My practice specializes in working with adults with general mental health issues, depression, anxiety, sexuality topics, and intimacy issues.
