I am a dedicated Clinical and Mental Health intern currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical and Mental Health at Regent University. With over 18 years of experience as a civil servant, including service as a government chaplain, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise, compassion, and practical wisdom to my work with clients. I also know what it feels like to pour into everyone else and wonder, "Who am I in all of this?" My goal is to help you become unstuck in your thinking, heal emotionally, and discover your true identity so you can live with confidence and purpose.
I specialize in working with: Women navigating identity, self-esteem, and life transitions; veterans adjusting to civilian life and processing trauma; couples seeking to strengthen communication, connection, and intimacy; and young adults wrestling with anxiety, purpose, and self-discovery.
