I assist clients, who embark on the journey of therapy, by processing life's moments, developing the skills to increase insight, identify more helpful thoughts and engage in behaviors that are geared to alleviate the distress they are experiencing. By joining with my clients, treatment plans are developed based on their individual needs and goals.
