As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Reno, I work with men, women, teens, young adults, couples, and families who are seeking to improve the quality of their relationships and their lives. I have training in multiple therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral, health realization, psychodynamic, and family system. My theoretical orientation includes Internal Family Systems, object relations, self psychology, existential, humanistic, and solution focused approaches all in the context of your cultural, family and mental health history.
