Welcome! If you are reading this, you have already taken your first step and I am so proud of you. I strive to meet my clients where they are and work to build your “toolbox” skills. Whether you are preteen dealing with school stress or an adult navigating life with Borderline Personality Disorder I am dedicated to creating a safe space for you to identify meet your goals for change and healing. As a trauma-focused clinician, I am also trained in Trauma Focused-CBT, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and DBT–Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) modalities for clients dealing with trauma and/or diagnosed with PTSD.
I received my MSW from the University of Denver in 2018. I am trained in EMDR, Solutions focused approach, CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and DBT- PE. Not diagnosed with PTSD but still dealing with the effects of trauma? No problem all the previous modalities can be adopted to be trauma informed to get over the “I can’t” statements that hold you back.
