About
I provide individual therapy for adolescents, teens, adults, as well as couples, families, and group counseling. Through a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs, I assist clients in identifying limiting beliefs and outmoded coping mechanisms that may be standing in the way. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. Services provided span from therapy for depression and anxiety to relationship and family counseling, stress management, anger management and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I hope to help clients attain the personal growth they're striving for.
My research and professional counseling specialty emphasizes cultural and diversity related therapy topics including race related stress, racial cultural identity development, gender identity, religion, socioeconomic status, physical ability, sexual identity, ageism, etc. In addition, specialty in working with clients in transition, mitigating stress, promotion of well being, and maintaining balance.
In addition to counseling services, I also provide consultations, trainings and presentations pertaining to mental health, well being, multicultural counseling, as well as celebrating diversity in the workplace and/or in the school setting. Additionally, I provide supervision to Masters/Doctoral level clinicians who are interested in pursuing national certification and/or PA state licensure.

THE UNDERGROUND is a 10-week support group for Black Men to discuss the tough issues we face. Issues such as but not limited to shame, abuse, addiction, mental health, sexual struggles, anger, relational conflict, and racism. We will not only talk about the challenges Black Men face, but we will also work toward healing from these challenges.
