I am a licensed master social worker with experience in crisis intervention, domestic violence, anger management and facilitating services for families who experienced grief and trauma. I have counseling experience with adults and children both individual & groups. I utilize evidence based interventions, meeting participants where they are, introducing mindfulness, meditation and various expressions through arts & crafts.

I help participants identify a specific area/s of focus recognizing that making small consistent changes over time that will yield the desired results. Additionally, I help the participant develop skills that reverse adversarial thoughts to productive thoughts which ultimately changes behavior and increase emotional intelligence.

Working Through Grief Support Group (Free)

The purpose is reach adults who experienced a loss and looking for support. This group will provide a safe haven for adults who do not know where turn but ready to talk with other individuals who have similar experiences. Group members will feel accepted and supported, as they go though the process of grief. Additionally, recognizing each loss is unique to each individual this group will be facilitated by a licensed professional, who will ensure each individual is treated with the respect, empathy and sensitivity deserved.
