Oh how I loved everybody else when I finally got to talk about myself. - Dar Williams. This practice provides a space for clients to feel safe enough to take off the mask without judgement. What about the anxious, depressed, angry, shamed and stuck parts of ourselves? They desire to be seen as well. I am here to stand witness with you. I work with women, particularly women of color, and the men who love them. I am proudly LGBTQ allied. I work with individuals and couples. All are welcome.
I utilize Internal Family Systems Therapy. I work to help clients tap into and trust their intuition. I teach and guide my clients with grounding work to help calm and regulate the mind and body. I believe in meeting clients where they are.
My own internal work has led me to a place of compassion and empathy for my clients. Therapy can bring about a birthing & shapeshifting; it is a beautiful and, at times uncomfortable process but, you are not alone. I support healthy self-determination and connect you to resources that will empower you to continue your evolution to your true self.
