Many of my clients are high-functioning adults and teens, who feel exhausted by perfectionism, self-doubt, people-pleasing, chronic stress, work burnout, or unresolved childhood experiences. Many feel this impact in their everyday life, their work habits and notice the impact on their relationships and friendships. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand these patterns, reflect and build healthier ways to connect with yourself and others.
I specialize in working with women/girls who feel emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, experiencing burnout, perfectionist, and navigating the long-term impact of childhood trauma. Many clients come to therapy seeking accountability, insight and skills - not just a place to vent, but a space to be supported in growth.

I work with clients to help them understand emotional patterns, strengthen boundaries, improve coping strategies, and identify deep values and support them in living their lives as their authentic self.
