There are moments in life when simply being heard can make all the difference. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan, from young children to adults, as well as families, through a wide range of life’s challenges. My experience includes working with those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress, as well as supporting children in foster care and those healing from trauma.
Creating a safe, welcoming space is the foundation of my work. Grounded in a Person-Centered approach, I value authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual’s needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, art therapy, sand tray therapy, and play therapy.
