Hey Gen Z do you feel misunderstood, worried all the time, or hopeless and like nothing is ever going to get better? Or maybe you need help navigating through challenging situations, relationships, other life stressors, or even just learning some new skills? I would love to help you on your journey to a more wholesome you. I have experience working with ages 6-24 who struggle with their mental health or struggle with behavioral issues. Also please note that I conduct ADHD evaluations for youth ages 6-24 if you need that support as well!
My background includes working 3 years with those who have developmental delays with compounding medical conditions. As well as working 6 years with teens and young adults in a detention or residential setting. And I currently work with youth and families ages 6-24 in an outpatient setting.
I use a cognitive behavioral therapy modality with unconditional positive regard approach. With an honest and straightforward technique. I would be honored to help you on your journey to becoming the healthy you that you strive to be.
