I work with couples struggling to connect in their relationships and marriages—couples who find themselves at odds more often than not, who feel they're always in conflict, and are unable to communicate without arguing. I work with couples who feel disconnected in their marriage and want to increase their friendship, intimacy, fondness, and admiration for one another. I also work with couples who feel stuck trying to move forward following an experience with infidelity or betrayal.
In therapy, my goal is to help repair troubled marriages and strengthen healthy ones. I utilize the Gottman Method and Collaborative Couple Therapy to help couples reconnect and recreate lasting love and friendship while managing conflict. I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgemental space for you to show up for yourself, your partner, and your marriage.
Relationships require work, every last one of them. And that's okay. Anything worth keeping is worthy of the intentional work needed to keep it.
