About

Are you struggling to cope or survive a traumatic event that is affecting any or everything around you? Whether you were in a domestic violence relationship in which you don't know where to turn, experienced racial injustice, are a military servicemember who went through a deployment which left you isolated and depressed, I can help. Finding strength means finding a million reasons to smile and laugh when life gives you hundreds of reasons to give up. Isn't it time for you to find more reasons to appreciate how far you have come despite the obstacles that stand in your way?
Within our sessions, you will learn coping tools to help reduce symptoms that are a result of pain and trauma you have experienced. We will explore the feelings, emotions, and behaviors that adversely impact you. Through strategic structural evidence-based techniques, we will transform you into someone who will feel empowered, strong, and confident.
I do not bill insurance, however, I do issue super bills in exchange for your payment for any possible reimbursement to you. If you have made it this far and feel we may be a good fit, please feel free to give me a call, or send an email so we can set up a 15 minute free consultation. I look forward to speaking with you!
