I am a licensed psychotherapist with extensive clinical experience, providing evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals/families/couples. I approach therapy as a collaborative, goal-oriented process focused on fostering emotional well-being, personal growth, and sustainable change. I integrate a holistic framework and draw from various treatment modalities (i.e., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy). Treatment is tailored to each client’s unique needs, desires, and comfort level.

My clinical areas of focus include, but are not limited to, anxiety/depression/stress reduction, anger management, parenting-style support, self-esteem/self-acceptance improvement, interpersonal functioning, coping skill development, and the resolution of any acute and long-standing issues that impact daily functioning.
