I am Lasita Kirkland, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience in mental health. I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy across all age groups. I have counseled survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, focusing on building resiliency through evidence-based trauma interventions. I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, substance use, anger management, trauma, self-esteem and self-worth, work-life balance, family and relationship conflict, and parenting. Additionally, I offer culturally responsive and culturally sensitive therapeutic services for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
