My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for all adults and children who are on their journey towards healing, self-acceptance, self-discovery, and holistic well-being. My goal is to assist individuals by providing therapeutic techniques and encouragement along the way. My goal is to validate your feelings, to look at all areas of your life without judgment and provide support throughout your life journey.
I use a wide range of therapeutic approaches which includes strengths-based, person-centered perspective, trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. I utilize these approaches to fully understand where you are coming from and to discover which therapeutic tools work best to benefit you.
I have a background in working with diverse and multicultural populations which includes individuals from different cultural, racial, religious, age, gender, sexual orientation, and disability background. My objective is to assist all men, women, children, binary and non-binary individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety & bipolar disorders.
