Against All Odds Youth and Family Services is designed to meet the needs of women, families, and youth who are facing challenges with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance abuse, marital issues, parenting skills, low self esteem, anger management skills, conflict resolution skills and relationship issues.
We use a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body and spirit of each individual. We provide compassion, understanding, positivity and respect to those we encounter. Some of the treatment modalities used are cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, acceptance committment therapy and behavior therapy.
