I provide a safe and nonjudgement environment for all clients that I see. During this season of your life I will guide you in identifying areas of change and assist you to define goals that will transform your life in a safe supportive environment. I provide a caring, authentic, and collaborative approach in the therapy process.
I work with all ages (men and women) on a variety of topics. However, my area of expertise is working with teens ages 15 and women's issues. I also have a background in anxiety, depression, grief and infertility struggles.
